For 3-11 Month Olds
No more wondering, "Where do I even start" or "Am I doing this right?"
Â
Have a sleep expert by your side to give you a customized sleep plan and tell you exactly what to do to get your baby to sleep!
Â
You're exhausted. You have information overload. It's like Groundhog Day every night with the sleep struggles and wakeups.
Â
But you don't know how to start the process of sleep training and want to make it as quick and painless as possible.
Â
Do any of these sound familiar?

I get it.
I was a sleep-deprived mom for 18 loooong months...
Why did I wait so long? My son was born with a rare condition (he's had 16 surgeries). I was hesitant to start because of the stigma of sleep training...so I just tried the "no cry" approach. For 18 months.Â
Â
Clearly, that did not work for us. So I found a method that wasn't "cry-it-out" where I could comfort him while he was learning these new skills.
Â
After just a few days of sleep training and seeing how much happier and healthier he was, I completely changed my tune.
Â
Sleep training is not something to feel guilty about. Teaching your baby to sleep is literally one of the best gifts you can give your child!
Â
And now, I have the best job helping babies learn to sleep so EVERYONE in the family can be well-rested :)
Imagine what it would feel like to...
Â
What if I said we could make that a reality
in less than 2 weeks?
Â
Private Consultations for 3-11 month olds is a 2-week coaching program for parents who want a personalized plan with expert guidance and support every step of the way to teach their baby how to fall asleep independently, so that everyone can get a good night's sleep.
Â
Here's what is included in your 1-1 coaching:
Â
Â
First you need to tell me all the details about your baby's sleep - the good, the bad, and the ugly! I want to know how things have changed, what you've tried before, what the sleeping environment looks like, what schedules you need to work around with other children or your work, etc.
Â
We'll either have a 60-75 minute consultation by phone or Zoom or in person, depending on which package you choose. We'll go over everything you need to know for Night 1, the first day of naps and beyond.

Kim is the "trifecta" - so knowledgeable about how to solve sleep issues, compassionate and understanding that sleep training can be hard and just explains things really well!
~ Carrie, Mom from IL
We tried bits and pieces of sleep training and it never worked. Kim gave the analogy of what we were doing as trying to put a puzzle together with pieces from multiple boxes. That totally hit home and made us realize we needed a plan to follow. With her plan, it worked. Really well.Â
~ Jaime, Mom from DC
Everyone is more rested, happier and healthier. My husband and I are able to be fully present with our daughter, instead of tired and cranky. My daughter's mood has completely changed - she's no longer fussy!

Maybe you're thinking...
I've tried sleep training before...why will this time be different?
Â
If you tried on your own, there were likely key factors that you didn't include in your plan. Or you didn't have a well thought out plan. Or you didn't follow through and your baby learned there are loopholes to get you to cave and get all those things back that she wants (ie being rocked or feed to sleep).
Â
Many of my clients have tried sleep training on their own and once they get the information in our consultation, a lightbulb goes off and they see how all the pieces are supposed to fit together.
Â
Â
Â
How much crying is involved with this coaching program?
Â
This is not CIO. I believe sleep training should involve comforting and supporting your baby throughout the process.
Â
That said, there will be crying. It's your baby's way of saying, "I much preferred you feeding and rocking me to sleep because I didn't have to do any work!"
Â
As your baby learns the skill of self-soothing to sleep and we remove any sleep associations, the crying will naturally diminish because your baby will be able to fall asleep on her own
What if I have to stop sleep training...and come back to it later?
Â
If something unexpected happens during our two weeks (ie your baby gets the flu, you get called out of town for work on short notice, etc), you have 60 days to use the follow up support from the day of the consultation so that the information from the consultation is still relevant.
Â
Just keep in mind, the more times you start and stop, the harder it will be to get the results you're looking for because your baby will start seeing a pattern of not following through with each sleep training attempt!

Frequently asked questions
Here are a few answers to our most common questions:
No, I don't believe babies should be left all night without comfort or checking in! I couldn’t do that with my child, and I wouldn’t ask you to do something I haven’t done myself!
Â
That said, unfortunately there will be some crying. If there was magic fairy dust to make it a cry-free experience, I would gladly share it with you. Here’s the thing, babies are too young to use words and tell you they prefer falling asleep with the bottle.
Â
BUT that’s why you have me.
Â
I can optimize his schedule and choose the best method for YOUR child to minimize the crying as much as possible.
Â
And you’ll be in the room comforting and teaching him how to do it on his own – so you’re not leaving him alone all night.
Â
Remember that once babies learn how to fall asleep on their own – which can happen pretty quickly – the crying goes away!
I always suggest starting over a long weekend. If you can take off a Monday and your spouse can take off a Tuesday (or you can work from home) – that’s ideal. Having 4 days to follow the plan before handing things over to daycare will help a lot. And then you'll only have 3 days before the next weekend.
Â
If you have a nanny in your home, it isn’t as big of an issue to take time off because presumably your nanny will follow the plan as you would have.
Â
I will also be giving you tips on working with daycare and how to prep your nanny!
Yes, as long as his symptoms are under control and he’s comfortable.
I’ve worked with lots of babies with reflux and can share some tips and tricks that have worked well for other families.
Of COURSE! I’m a huge fan of breastfeeding – it’s such a great bonding experience for you both, not to mention the health benefits!
Â
I don’t focus on how you feed your child…I just want to make sure that he’s getting enough to eat each day and that there isn't a feed-sleep association!
Â
No. When families are ready to stop co-sleeping because it’s not working for everyone (you, your spouse and your baby), then that’s where I come in to get your baby transitioned to the crib in his room.
No. My policy is to get payment in full at the time of the consultation.
Â
I’m happy to invoice you in installments prior to our consultation, but again, complete payment must be received by the time we have our consult.
